LOTS to share today...

It's been a busy several days around here, which is a good thing. This week we have Ray's birthday - yep, just days after mine. :-) We do have plans for his birthday - I'll share later. First, I wanted to show you some wonderful gifts from wonderful friends.....

This is from Jeanne who is one of the very first people I met when I got online about 13.5 years ago. She shares my love of stash & fabric & we both adore the Garden Party line of fabric, and she sent me a charm pack! And this kit with the little porcelain doll "body" is just too cute, I LOVE it & can't wait to stitch it. Hope to post of a pic of it finished before too long! Thank you again Jeanne, it's much appreciated! :-)

Next is a lovely gift from dear Vonna - here are pics of the front & back! She says the buttons are "antique bone buttons" and I just love this design! (In fact, you might see it again one of these days!) :-) Thank you again Vonna, I adore the pin pillow and it was so sweet of you to think of me!!
And pretty fabric for the back... :-)

Next is a pretty handmade card from Karen. I've gotten to know Karen over the past year or so as we don't live too very far from each other. She is a VERY talented gal - she stitches beautifully, she make gorgeous cards (like the one below) and makes many other things that are just wonderful! So much talent! Karen thought I might like something non-crafty and I DO, and I appreciate the GC's Karen - Cracker Barrel here I come!! I guess you remember it's one of my fav places from Oct. huh? ;-) No need to show ya'll pics of GC's, but look at the pretty card she made!!

And last but certainly not least - I got to meet Becky SC today for the first time. We've emailed & even talked on the phone for a couple/three years now, but today she & Rick actually made it to visit in person! It was really nice to meet her and Rick, though the visit was certainly not long enough. Now, how do I get her to come back... hmmm.... ;-)
Anyway, she bought me a bag full of gifts for my birthday - look at all this "loot"! And no, I don't think I will share the M&M's... well, maybe if you ask nicely... ;-) I think she wants me to get even fatter. Between her & Nicole, I will have to buy new jeans shortly! ;-)

Look at this gorgeous pillow she did! She know's Just Nan & rabbits are one (or I guess that would be two huh?) of my fav things, and she stitched Daffodil Run for me - and the finishing is lovely isn't it? I love it Becky, thank you again!
And last year she sent the two rabbits on the right (cute huh?) and this year she brought them some friends (on the left)! Aren't they all cute?!

Lovely gifts from lovely friends including Nicole who brought me the yummy birthday cake (see below) and took us to lunch, AND the fabric I ordered with the gift card she gave me has been shipped too - so more to come! ;-) Thanks to all of you for the wonderful gifts, visits and thanks to everyone else for the great wishes and for your friendship!!
Still hope to have some stitching pics to share soon!!! Thanks for stopping by & Happy Stitching!

Lovely rabbits, seems to be a tradition to fill the center of the table in our gathering room with bunnies at Easter. Your pillows are beautiful and what a nice blog to pop in on. Thanks for having me.
Be always in stitches.

What wonderful gifts! I instantly recognized the sampler doll. The woman who puts those out is a member of our Sampler Guild and we're having a class on this in the early fall!

Happy Birthday to both you and Ray!!!!
