From Karen SC....

A package came in the mail from Karen the other day, and look what was in it..... lovely cards that she made for me - look at the detail - the stamp on the envelope flap and she even stamps and hand signs the back of each one.  I think Karen is very talented and very sweet!

And since we're talking about sweet - look at what she sent my niece, Hannah....
After Karen, I think Hannah & her daddy (my bil) are the biggest Clemson fans I know, just like Karen &  her DH.  She made this for Hannah - isn't it CUTE?  Actually, I like it and tried to get Hannah to leave it with me & just visit it often,  but she said a firm "no" with a big smile on her face.  :-)  Thanks again Karen, we both really appreciate your kindness!!

I have been stitching a very little bit this week.  Hope to have my current project done by Sunday maybe?  We'll see.  Going to visit my parents Sunday of course for Father's Day & then we'll probably head to the pool if the storms hold off.  Woooohooo - 6 weeks of "pool sitting" (we won't talk about the work that comes with it! lol).  It would be nicer if the pool water wasn't already at 90 degrees, but it's better than nothing! ;-)

Have a great day & Happy Stitching!

Thanks Amy....glad you like them. I'm so glad Hannah liked the pillow (and no...she's not one of those yucky Carolina "Gamecocks" girl).

As for the button....it is made from shrinky dinks...remember those...and a rubber stamp. Too easy.

Hope you have fun in that pool! Please think of your melting friends in the Asphalt City...Columbia!
